I have a iPad 6th gen, and ’ve tried all the advice available but nothing helps, my word app still crashes.
Word on my iPhone seems to be working fine, it only crashes when I try to send something.
The one on my iPad just won’t even open.
I’ve tried the delete sign in credentials, and the OneDrive neither worked.
Is there a help email to ask someone who deals with word app problems?
Any advice would be welcome.

I contacted iOS support and they informed me, word app was not the problem, my file was corrupted because it couldn’t handle my document because it was written by Apple Pencil, which is not completely compatible with word. I will have to download a note taking app from Apple. So problem resolved. Thanks for pointing me to the right place again.

If it happens using that Word app only, I suggest that you contact Microsoft Word for iOS support team and ask them.

I have a similar problem. Word won't open. I deleted the app and installed it gain, reset my iPad and tried everything I know but nothing helped.
OneDrive works perfectly fine except for the doc files which don't open.
Yes it is happening with word only, but I will definitely try your advice, and hopefully update if anything happens. Thanks so much.
