We see you're trying to reset your security questions, but are unable to do so. We can help with providing some helpful info on that.



If you're able to access a device that has been used with the same Apple ID before, you may be able to enroll the device in two-factor authentication instead. Details on what this is, how it works, and how to enable it can be found here: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID


If you're unable to access a device that the Apple ID has been used with, or don't want to use two-factor, then you may try to reset the again using a trusted private internet connection, or attempt further to recall the answers to the security questions.

If you attempt to fill up incorrect answers for security questions multiple times , server will assume a phishy attempt and the account will be locked .

Convert the secondary authentication account in to 2FA .
