Apple TV problem

Why I can’t watch the movie which I purchase before? Apple TV need me to pay again?but I can watch that movie on iPad and Samsung Apple TV apps!

Apple TV allows for multiple user accounts. If you have more than one on this Apple TV box, then verify that the correct user account is active.
