Hello,

please reference If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network, If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference!

I am having the same issue. I reset my phone numerous times and the WiFi feature won’t let me press on it, as well as Bluetooth, it has the spinning feature in settings and it wont turn on. I have the iPhone 12.
