I signed up for the offer of the 1 year free subscription. Why am I being charged $14.99 so soon?

You must sign in on your new device. If you have problems, contact Apple. They can provide a code for you to redeem.

If you truly mean $14.99 and not $4.99, $14.99 is the cost of an Apple Music family subscription, not Apple TV+
