I want to know if someone has access to my Apple ID?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.

As you have presumably enabled two factor authentication any attempt to sign into your ID brings up a request for a code on the device being used, and the code is sent to your trusted devices. (but not to theirs). So they can't log in and you know someone has been trying (though you can't get any further informatiojn).
