Can I listen the lossless music, in other word, 24-bit/192 kHz hi-res music, via apple music web in my windows 10 pc ?

Are musics streamed on Android Apple Music but on Windows 11 PC lossless? I installed Android version of the apple music on my Windows 11 PC using the Windows Subsystem for Android. The UI and user experience is okay and it does said it can stream lossless audio. Will that be a solution for PC to enjoy Apple Music lossless until itunes got lossless music library?
