Apple watch

How do you pair your apple watch? The watch was refurbished and it won't all me to sign in to pair. No I don't know the pervious owner. Any suggestions??

If you have no contact with the previous owner, return the watch, it isn't refurbished, it's likely lost or stolen.

Activation Lock prevents anyone from using a lost or stolen watch. ONLY the original owner can remove it.

Right now you have a paperweight.
