I have about a third or more of my albums on my iPhone show as Various artist. On my mac they show correct artist. I did a select all of my music and unchecked part of a compilation, that did not help. When I sync my phone to mac, nothing changes on my music app. Any advice?
Some things do sync, yesterday I purchased some songs and they show up on the phone. But other things don’t, like album artwork, showing various artist instead of the artist eg: a Moby album shows various artist in album view on the phone, on the Mac it’s correct. I haven’t gotten any error messages.
I fixed the issue by un-checking the "Sync music onto iPhone" off, it took everything off the phone. Then re checked it back on and loaded everything back on. Everything is as its intended to be.
