Big Sur MenuBar Bug

Hi,

I found a bug in the menubar, where the menubar is bright (lightmode is active) when application open during the day. But if I let the application run and go halfway through the day (darkmode is active), the safari menubar will still stay bright -> BUG ... please fix it quickly ...
