Big Sur menu bar clock opacity

I've just updated to Big Sur 11.0.1 and noticed the clock in the Menu bar is incredibly low opacity and difficult to read. Is this a bug?

I've tried changing from dark to light mode, and changing my wallpaper to see if that makes a difference and nothing does.

iMac 27″, macOS 11.0

Ok so I accidentally figured it out.

I had "Do not disturb" turned on, and for some reason it changes the opacity of the clock.
