ALL PURCHASED Movies are gone from Apple TV 4K

Apple TV 4K shows 'You haven't purchased any movies' under 'Purchased' Movies.

However, all those Purchased Movies ARE just fine on my Mac iTune account?

The first thing we'd recommend checking, is that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID account. This article shows how to do that: Set up your Apple ID on Apple TV

I have three Apple TV 4K units; only one unit fails access to Purchased Movies and TV Shows. I reviewed All Settings and reset them all including a Manual Software Update on all three units.

I still get 'You haven't purchased any movies' when I select 'Purchased' and

'An unexpected error occurred' when I select TV Shows. TV Shows offers one

action button: 'Dismiss'.

I also use one Apple TV Model 4 which

operates normally.

I plan to replace the 'faulty' Apple TV 4K

unit with a new purchase & return it to

Apple for recycle. At age 76, I won't waste time chasing repair methods after numerous attempts fail.
