Can’t pair watch for update

I have been trying for days to update my watch. It said I had to unpair so I did and Every time I try to pair it it tells me I’m not connected to the Internet but I am. Please help because I am beyond frustrated

I'm trying to pair my watch that got unpaired somehow. It says that I'm not connected to the internet, which I am. I've tried several days and can't get it.
