Does Apple macbook air 13 has the following Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint, Power Point etc

Those Softwares belong to Windows and do not come pre-installed on Apple Computers.

Apple has its own equivalents to those applications in Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc. If you want the Microsoft versions you will need to purchase those separately.
