I have received an email advising that there is a problem with my monthly debit order for the 50GB storage. It is debited monthly to my Visa card so what can be the problem as you have the card information and have been debiting this card for over 2 years?
Please advise urgently.

I am always suspicious of email notifications because phishing is so very common these days and the criminals are getting very good at faking addresses. Use the methods in the link above to check if there's really an issue with the card. If there are it could be something as simply as card renewal not being trnasmitted correctly (I know we get new cards from our credit card company every 2 years).
