iCloud in Apple One subscription this Fall

Did Apple say at WWDC 2021 that the iCloud + service would be included in Apple One subscriptions?

Found this story: https://appleinsider.com/articles/21/06/07/privacy-focused-icloud-includes-private-relay-browsing-hide-my-email-secure-homekit-cameras describing what is known now. Since an Apple One subscription includes iCloud storage subscription of 2TB I conclude that iCloud + will added to my Apple One subscription later this year.
