Screen Broadcast - Not available when AirPlay. CarPlay. Restrictions or screen mirroring is active...

Hello,

When using screen mirroring on my iPad Pro (iPadOS 14.6) to project my display onto a projector, I also use the Microsoft Teams app to connect to a meeting and attempt to share my screen to the meeting partisipants. Unfortunantly I recevie the following error message when I attempt to do this:

I've tried other iPads, other AV systems to no sucess. I assume this is a limitation with the screen mirroring function on the iPad, as connecting to a projector using the physical AV adapter and cables, then sharing my screen via MS teams works fine.

Is there a way to remove the restrictions?

Thank you for your time.

Also to confirm, is this issue only occurring when using Microsoft Teams app? If so, there might be a specific setting within the app that might require adjusting in order to work properly with AirPlay. If you're not sure if this specific app works with AirPlay features such as Screen Mirroring, you might want to reach out to the app developers for more information.
