the power and volume buttons don't work, and my screen won't let me open apps help.

my power button won't work or let me restart my phone, and I'm unable to get my phone to open apps.

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME UP
  • Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
  • Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds)


The operative word here is QUICKLY
