How can I unlock my iPhone using local network

So your iPhone was hacked for use with a different carrier and now you have cleared the hack. Like I said above you will need to contact the original carrier and ask them if you can unlock it and how to do so.
You will need to contact the cell service provider it is currently locked with and see what their unlock policy is and if you qualify. If you do you will need to follow their directions to unlock it.
I'm not clear, are you trying to unlock it using the passcode to get into the iPhone, unlock it for use with another network, or clear an Activation Lock?
I want to unlock it to use another network
I mistakenly reset network setting and it brought me back to original network carrier, since then it saying sim not supported
