MacOS software can simply and easily translate your keyboard using a different keyboard translation. It is just a matter of changing a setting.

The replaceable unit for the keyboard includes the keyboard, trackpad, battery, and top plate to which they are all mounted. A replacement, if even possible, may be expensive.

If you are a touch typist "the key graphics do not matter", says my High School Typing teacher.

If you are Not a touch typist, a sharpie pen could be used to "adjust" the small number of keycaps involved, but may not be as pretty as new.
