In user guide for “Find My Friends” I found limitation on 100 friends.
At the same moment in “Telegram” application I have menu find people nearby and thouse people shown in list of 5 +button another 95.
I never saw less or more people in thouse menu in Telegram app.
The question is possibly these findings are related ?
Possibly these would helpful to stop some kind of “pandemic”)

Those are two different apps produced by two separate companies. Apple has retired Find My Friends as of iOS 13, with the new Find My app replacing it (Find friends and share your location with Find My - Apple Support). There is no stated limit in Apple’s documentation to how many contacts you can have in the Find My app.
The Telegram messenger app is not an Apple product and Apple has nothing to do with its settings, features or limitations.
