Recover Deleted video

What this an iTunes Purchase? If so...

• Perhaps this has become a hidden purchase. To see if that is the case. unhide it.
• Find it in the Apple Store, and then re-download it.

If it's not in the recently deleted folder, restore the phone from a backup made when it was still present.

If you don't have a backup, it's gone.
