When I Try to update one of my app it wants my old Apple ID
It keeps me signing in with my old apple ID but I Don’t have an access of it I have a new apple ID now but it keeps me signing in with my old apple ID

In orde to solve this you'll have to delete the Instagram-app and reinstall it using your current (new) Apple-ID.
