iTunes was discontinued on Macs (you posted in the "iTunes for MAc" forum) when macOS Catalina was released. It was replaced by other apps. See: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support

There has never been an "iTunes" app on iPhones or iPads. There is a "Music" app and an "iTunes Store" app on those devices.
