My watch will not pair
My watch will not pair with my phone because it says it needs to update, but it will not update because it needs to pair. It’s a catch 22. Please help

Try A Different Device:
Have another device(other thank your phone) that you can sync this Apple Watch with? If so, try using that device to update it.
