Change iTunes Store country on apple tv

I moved from the US to the UK. I changed my Apple ID region to the UK, added a new credit card etc. can’t seem to change it on Apple TV however. Changed the region to UK in settings but still get an error when trying to rent. I love Apple products but iTunes has had the worst interface since day one. Impossible to find the settings you need. It’s high time that Apple burn it down and start ground up
