My device is only working on a WiFi network even if mobile data is selected on

Hi I have been uncertain concerning the device I’m using. It only works via a WiFi network. And refuses to use mobile data?


what do you think the issue is?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

I would contact your cellular carrier and ask them about your data traffic plan and/or problems they might have at their side.
