I recently bought new iPhone 12 pro max, now its been two days I am not receiving any iMessages on my phone. Tried calling care services as well, even they couldn't fix this. In the message & FaceTime settings I am unable to see my phone number as an option in "send & receive".

Please guide !!

I assume that you read the Apple-provided link at the top of this page (Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime) but I'd like to make sure you looked at the section "If you can't see or select your number in Messages or FaceTime": in addition to several tips on to to fix the issue, the last recommendation they make is to change your Apple ID password.
