first, start here: If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support

and look here: If your Mac starts up to a blank screen - Apple Support

then look here: If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support

if none of those pages help, please describe in detail what is happening when you try to start your mac. the more details the better.
