My operating system

I can't download any apps with this version like logic pro x our garage band this sucks what do I do??

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which MacBook Pro model you have, click on High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. It needs to be at least a 2010 one to run a newer OS.
