My AirPods gen 2 wont reset or stop flashing green
How to get it to flash white after i tried holding the button for a hour, they wont reset or stop flashing green

Hello,
Flashing green generally indicates some sort of charging issue. Remove the AirPods from the case and check for debris etc. Then see this:
Also try a full reset:
