How come by iPhone calls are no longer ringing through my Apple Watch?
My iPhone calls are not sync with my Apple Watch.
Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 6
It could be a number of different things causing that. Check the ealier thread here for instance. Most of that is still valid even if the discussion is a bit dated by now.
