Refund/replacement

I recently ordered an iPhone SE from straighttalk.com, after speaking with a representative from straight-talk I was advised to contact apple .com and speak with a representative for a replacement.

Refund (Fedex returned my phone) I ordered the phone, but it was never delivered and the courier company sent it back to the sender. Apple has received the phone today. But I never received a refund, and not any information. I don’t know what to do, I don’t have the opportunity to call apple.
