When I try to send a Live Photo in any text Imessage it turns into a still image or still photo.
I want to send Live Photo’s and I can’t figure out when and why this started happening and what I need to do to fix it.
Low-Quality Image Mode is disabled
I am using Iphoene XS on IOS 14.5.1
Pls help

the recipient meets both conditions (iphone X / last IOS) and I still cannot send to them
the live photo image
fyi, I tried to send alos to other recipient (all meets both conditions) but same issue ... photo turn in still image
... pls help
