New phone

Got a new phone and am now trying to reset my old phone for your daughter. I signed out of my Apple ID and entered my daughters. How do i erase my contacts and photo library from the old phone

How do I remove the Apple ID from my old iPhone? I have an old iPhone I want to use for my son but still has the Apple ID from my current phone. If I take a photo on the new phone it appears on both for example. how do I remove the Apple ID from the old phone and reset that phone without losing any data from the current phone?
