Hello, I am currently facing frequent kernel panics on my mac, i've tried clean install but still receiving the same issue, i thought it had something to do with the battery and changed the battery... but still the issue persists, i also changed the OS back to El Capitan but nothing worked, any ideas or way to solve this. Crash report is attached here.
Hello, After doing different diagnosis i managed to fix the issue. So it seemed to be thermal solution problem, i reapplied it and replaced the fan now my Mac is working fine. haven't experienced any crash again.

Page Fault tends to be memory related issue. Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related memory(PPM001 to PPM015) or other hardware issue.

Various system calculations that should lead to a valid memory address are instead calculating to 0, and that usually means bad RAM.
I would follow the advice to try running Apple Diagnostics on your machine.
Your symptoms, that your Mac crashes "all over the map" with different panic reasons (though all RAM related) and different extensions "at the scene of the crime" correlates strongly with RAM memory issues.
You need a heavy-duty overnight memory test, or to send your Mac in for service for a memory issue.

I did run diagnostics and nothing is reported,
Thermals will do all kinds of weird things to a system.
Multiple kernel panics on my MacPro 5,1 were how I discovered my video card's fan had died.
