Serial Number has disappeared!

i'm not having any issues except there's no serial number & I can't get text messaging to work never seen this happen on any of my other MacBook Pro or MacBook Air. Or Mac mini

How to Restore your Mac serial number on MacBook Pro? It has simply Disappeared!

With this Issue I can log into anything I want to log into except for messaging.

I can do updates I can do almost anything just that one option does not work. It would be nice been working the way it supposed to be.
