How do I retrieve my music from my previous iPhone
I humbly need an assistance to retrieve my music from my previous iCloud account

If you truly mean your "previous iCloud account", you cannot transfer purchases between accounts.
If you were using Apple Music and are using the same account. Sign into Apple Music.
On a mobile device: Settings > Music > Sync Library > on/off
If you were using a different account you will have to sync the library from your computer.
