Upgraded RAM Apple Trade-In

So I want to trade-in my 2019 Macbook Pro with upgraded RAM (16gb) but there's no option for RAM size when I go through the trade-in questions on Apple website, any ideas?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

Hi Ajalireza75,

If it doesn't ask for RAM amount for a calculation, then that fact is irreverent to the trade in price.
