Transfer my 7+ to my new 12

I tried to transfer my 7+ to my new 12 and it is not working. I need an appointment with an Apple Store to help me. I had stroke and have problems with those kind of things.

You will need to make an appointment to Apple yourself. Use this link to Get Support and speak with Apple Support to set up the appointment. Or, you can use this link, Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple to find the nearest store and contact them.
