I have a 6S Plus. I didn't see "Prepare for New Device" or "Transfer" in the General category. Am I doing something wrong?

What iOS version is your 6S plus running? The Prepare for New Device or Transfer options are only available on iOS 14 or later.

Before that, there's just the Reset section in General.

Otherwise, they should be under Settings->General->Transfer or Reset iPhone.
