I cannot update my Apple Watch

I’ve been trying for months to update my Apple Watch but it always says I do not have enough storage. I don’t have any apps on my watch besides what is already loaded on from the manufacturer. I don’t have any pictures or music, my watch is basically empty but still will not allow the update. Please help!

Hello, this is a common issue with the apple watches not having enough storage to update it the only way I could get it resolved is to reset it by erasing all content and settings from it and when you set it up and pair it with your iPhone it will install the latest updates.

If you don't know how to reset it or set it up refer to the links below.
