No MacBook Pro notebook computer resembles those specs.

Workstation implies Mac Pro, and in the two instances you reference the foot-tall dark cylinder Mac pro originally released in late 2013:

the original entry model has:

3.7 GHz quad-Core Xeon CPU, Dual Fire pro D300 graphics cards,

a more advanced version has:

6-core 3.3 GHz Xeon CPU, dual Fire Pro D500 graphics cards

all can easily be equipped with 16GB RAM. They have four slots for RAM modules, and these models use Error Correcting Code RAM.
