Does Windows 10 support Apple TV
Trying to view movies from Apple TV+ and can only view trailers. Will not play movies.

Where, or how are you accessing Apple TV+ exactly on your Windows computer?
You can go to the https://tv.apple.com website to access some Apple TV+ content.
Do note that Apple TV+ is a subscription service, and requires an active subscription to view most movies and shows there.
On the iTunes application for Windows, there is no access to Apple TV+ content. Only access to the iTunes Store where you can purchase or rent Movies and TV shows.
