Hi, I have recently downloaded the BT Smart Controls app, it works perfectly on my iPhone 12, but my wife keeps getting âInternal Server Errorâ on her iPhone 12 when she tries to log into it. We are both using the same WiFi network and we have tried my log in as well as hers, but she keeps getting the same error message

Delete the app, restart her phone, and reinstall the app.
If that doesnât fix it go to Settings/Safari and Clear History & Website Data.
