setting up voicemail, I am at the point where it asks for a password. I typed in the 4 numbers I want to use and it appears that doesn't work. are there requirements for the password

the done is greyed out.

Since Voicemail is a feature provided by your cellular provider, please refer to Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone - Apple Support for advice.
