How can I set up my Apple remote on my phone without the physical remote to control my Apple TV?

I lost my Apple remote and I’m trying to set up my remote on my phone. But it asks me to enter the 4 digit code on my Apple TV but I can’t navigate to setting due to not having the physical remote?

You cannot, you need the Orginal remote to set it up. If you lost your remote either find it or replace it.
