I spent 5 minutes trying to research that and din't see a conclusive answer. If you are in Canada you may find it easier to do the search since my searches all default to the US pages. Since Apple is a US company and the USA is very big on supporting the military it is possible it is only a US discount.

Thanks a lot for looking up that for me, I will try to contact the sales department at apple.com and see if that a possible option for the Canadian soldiers can get the same deals as the US soldiers or at least if I can do my shopping on apple USA online store.

It won't work for you to shop the USA store.

1) Apple does not do international shipping.

2) You have to be verified by the system (see my original response) which is very unlikely to include non-US military personnel.
