Upgrade of macOS High Sierra to macOS Catalina or Majova

I want to upgrade my macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 to a Catalina or Majova but the response I was getting is: "This version of macOS cannot be installed on this computer". is there anything I can do to get this update done especially macOS Majova or Catalina please.

can any one assist me to get this done please. thanks in anticipation of favourably response(s)
