Ive been very curious about this, but after you remove a photo from your library and then remove it from recently deleted what happens to the photo? Does it stay on the device or does apple have software to erase
immediately?

Click on this link about how to 'Set up and use iCloud Photos' --> https://support.apple.com/HT204264 - "The photos and videos that you delete on one device are deleted everywhere that you use iCloud Photos. Photos and videos stay in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days before they're deleted permanently." If you delete them from Recently Deleted then they are deleted instantly.

So essentially when it's removed from recently deleted on the device the system removes it entirely from memory??
That's what I understand from that and what others have said, but I have never needed to get anything from Recently Deleted myself.
